These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. Purchases

If student fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or voluntarily decide to withdraw from the Programs, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever other than accordance of the Refund Policy, you will still remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Program. We reserves the right to report non-payment to credit reporting agencies which would result in a negative impact on your credit score. In addition, we reserves the right to send your account to a collection agency for collection. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance.

Refund Policy

As you will have access to the digital course content immediately after signing up, the course is non-refundable.

Availability, Error and Inaccuracies

In order to provide exceptional service, and accuracy, we regularly update the products and services on the Service. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts, the products or services available on our Service may have an error regarding the price, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. ​

Intellectual Property

The Program and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics or code are the property of Bhebs Hernandez Creatives and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. In purchasing this course, you are granted permission to use the course materials in line with these terms and conditions. The reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of any information or materials provided is strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property in respect of digital and live training. This means that whilst you are free to use the material or print out a copy you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share our products with third parties.

These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of Bhebs Hernandez Creatives or its affiliates. ​

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Program immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reasons whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Program will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Program.

We don’t believe in get-rich-quick programs. We believe in working smart, giving your best, adding value and serving others. And that’s what our program is all about.
